In May, Earth Guardians published a blog post about the Cowichan Valley Earth Guardians crew. That post detailed the actions these inspired young activists had been taking to support Wet'suwet'en land defenders, their learning about regenerative permaculture design and their plans, many of which were put on pause because of the COVID-19 pandemic, for the months to come.

Crew Spotlight: Earth Guardians Polk County Mulberry Florida
Bryana Burnham, the leader of this Crew, has recently been selected as the winner of the ReThink Energy of Florida Youth Award. She has been hard at work for her community, trying to file a lawsuit against the Board of County Commissioners and other State Reps in their district for failing to act on climate change and putting their health at risk.
Crew Spotlight: Earth Guardians Ocean Township, NJ
The Ocean Township Crew gave each student an opportunity to do something for the environment by providing biodegradable ice cream cones which they instructed to fill with dirt, flower seeds, and water. Once the Earth Day celebration came to an end, a few members of the Crew joined forces with the Garden Club to get the flowers planted and growing!

Earth Guardians Bhutan CNR's Cleaning Campaign along Metsina Stream
The environmental health of the stream is of paramount importance to innumerable aquatic lives in it and beyond. For the assurance of a clean and safe home, about sixty five members of Earth Guardians Bhutan CNR did a thorough clean up of the heavily polluted stream. It is also known that the downstream community uses the same stream to feed their paddy fields even though the water is quite toxic and waste-ridden.

Earth Day in Bhutan: Trees for the Earth
The incredible youth leaders of Earth Guardians Bhutan planted 200 trees on Earth Day, commemorating people around the world in an act of solidarity. The participants jubilantly planted trees at the College of Natural Resources, covering 1.8 square kilometers with young saplings.
