Youth Leadership Training

Earth Guardians Youth Leadership Training brings together youth leaders from across the environmental and climate justice movements for a powerful five day event. This event is designed to strengthen leadership skills, foster meaningful connections and conversations, hone in effective organizing work, and support youth leaders in engaging in the next steps of their activism and community engagement.

Speakers Bureau Training

Though this event we have the distinctive opportunity to empower youth leadership through a compelling public speaking training. Earth Guardians' youth leaders and speakers are prominent figures, often sought after to share their expertise as youth organizers and community builders at universities, conferences, partner events, and corporate gatherings. Our speakers possess the potential to drive policy changes, foster cultural transformation, and nurture the growth of future youth leaders.

Indigenous youth Leadership Training

The 4th annual historic Indigenous Youth Leadership Initiative will bring together Native youth leaders from tribal Nations across North America. All participants will celebrate, honor and share their traditional ways of life, while honing in on developing their leadership skills and inherent wisdom around social and environmental justice issues directly impacting their communities.

The Regional Crew Council training is an bi-annual meeting for our Regional Leads, to aid them in their capacity building on technical themes such as: environmental and climate science, leadership and governance, and many other relevant topics.

Online Decolonize Leadership Training

July 24, 2020 - July 26, 2020

This training addressed the intersectionality between systematic racism and the environmental crisis. Trainees learned how they are connected and can take action with our voices, votes, and communities. Dismantling white supremacy and capitalization of race is essential for change. In order to unlearn the conditions of our society we have to connect, create, and heal together. This training provided a space to process grief, grow our capacity to feel and understand our stories, and created a new vision for what’s to come.
